The Business Development Executive is responsible for supporting the company’s revenue growth by identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and converting opportunities into sales under supervision. The role focuses on market research, prospecting, client outreach, and sales execution to contribute to Dhofar Global’s business objectives. Focusing on B2B sales mainly for HORECA & FM clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territories and sectors.
  • Engage prospective clients through calls, visits, and digital outreach to introduce Dhofar Global’s solutions.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into active customers under the guidance of the Business Development Executive.
  • Participate in preparing and submitting proposals, quotations, and tenders.
  • Assist in negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring profitability within approved pricing limits.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets as defined by management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Follow up on quotations, ensure timely response to customer queries, and coordinate service delivery with internal departments.
  • Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain an updated database of target accounts and potential markets.
  • Assist in mapping key decision-makers within target organizations and support the senior team in approach strategy.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and promotional trends to provide insights for business planning.
  • Work closely with Operations, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure seamless order processing and client onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate CRM entries for leads, contacts, and deal stages.
  • Submit regular reports on lead generation, conversions, and achieved sales to the Business Development Executive.
  • Participate in weekly sales reviews and pipeline meetings.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and trade events to promote Dhofar Global’s image and offerings.
  • Assist in implementing marketing and promotional activities designed to enhance sales performance.
  • Ensure all communications and client engagements align with the company’s brand and values.
