As the Marketing Director, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing proptech company marketing strategies across all channels.
- You’ll lead a team of creative professionals, develop innovative campaigns, and align marketing efforts with business objectives to strengthen Darent’s position in the market.
- This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing in startup environments.
- Develop and oversee the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals. Plan and execute campaigns across digital, offline, and influencer channels, ensuring measurable impact.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and sales, to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to scale the business locally and regionally.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and integrate best practices into marketing strategies.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus. 3+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience working in both corporate and startup environments is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep understanding of the Saudi market and familiarity with Vision 2030 goals.
