- Minimum 10 years of experience in construction site management
- Solid track record in building construction
- Previous work in remote or heritage locations (e.g., AlUla) is preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
- Willing to relocate as needed
