Fire Alarm Technician
• Have at least five (5) years experience in maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting fire alarm and security alarm systems in facilities with conference rooms, theatres and exhibit areas.
• Have at least three (3) years experience in a supervisory role related to Facilities Maintenance civil services.
• Two (2) years Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Trade Certificate from vocational training center with full apprenticeship.
• Ten (10) years experience in fire alarm systems, generator and sprinkler maintenance and testing.
• Have the ability to interpret technical drawings and sketches.
• Have the ability to work on digital fire alarm systems to troubleshoot, disable and enable fire alarm points.
• Have the ability to work from elevated heights and certified to operate mobile lift equipment.
• Be able to communicate effectively and able to demonstrate operational and administrative skills, including scheduling and planning.
