Fire Sprinkler Technician. CONTRACTOR shall provide at a minimum Two (2) experienced Fire Sprinkler Technicians who shall have the authority to act on matters pertaining to Fire Protection services required under this Contract. The Fire Sprinkler Technicians shall have knowledge of this Contract, and the maintenance plan and schedule for each facility/ building. The Fire Sprinkler Technician s shall:
• Have at least five (5) years’ experience in maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting fire sprinkler piping and systems with conference rooms, theatres and exhibit areas.
• Have at least two (2) years’ experience in a supervisory role related to Facilities Maintenance civil services.
• Two (2) years Diploma or Trade Certificate from vocational training center with full apprenticeship.
• Ten (10) years’ experience in fire piping, sprinkler maintenance and testing.
• Have the ability to interpret technical drawings and sketches.
• Have the ability to work from elevated heights and certified to operate mobile lift equipment.
• Be able to communicate effectively and able to demonstrate operational and administrative skills, including scheduling and planning.
