الوصف الوظيفي

Supervising the accounting department of the establishment, which will be responsible for managing the activities of the establishment's office accounts as well as providing support for common services for all business units in relation to the following:

§         General Ledger

§         Accounts receivable

§         Payables

§         Fixed asset accounting

§         Consolidation of financial statements and reports

§         Zakat and income

§         Preparation of salary marches

To provide general, comprehensive and accurate information regarding the financial position of the Company through the use of effective accounting concepts, methods, procedures and systems.

Preparation and recommendation on accounting procedures and policies and obtaining the approval of the Chief Financial Officer.

Manage and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports including income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements.

To manage the process of closing the periodic accounts and the end of the year and to ensure that the closing activities of the accounts are completed on the specified dates according to the scheduled dates and accurately.

Supervising accountants, conducting monthly audits of entries in the general ledger, making sure that the restrictions are in line with existing accounting methods and rules, and supporting and supporting all restrictions in the supporting documents.

Management of the periodic review of the organizational structure of accountants. Recommend changes and modifications to the organizational structure of accountants, if necessary.

Perform audits and certification of various daily restrictions and other financial operations security.

Audit and approval of reconciliation between General Ledger and Sub-Journal accounts.

Manage the employee payroll procedures.

To manage Zakat and income activities for the entire establishment, including preparation and mobilization of reports and forms of the Zakat and Income Department.

Develop and develop sound internal control procedures and implement an effective and regular financial reporting system.

Coordinate annual audits with external auditors through coordination and arrangement, provide required information, clarifications, etc. in order to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the audit for the end of the year accounts.
