o Presents menu to customer/s, suggestive sells food or beverage selections, and answers questions regarding preparation and service.
o Takes order from customer/s for food or beverage, writing order down, repeating order back to customer/s.
o Enters order into computer/POS. Serves beverage, appetizers/salads, meal and desserts to customer/s.
o Observes customer/s and makes a minimum of two follow-up visits to respond to the table. Pre-bus table as required.
o Obtains and replenishes items as required or requested.
o Present Guest Check to Customer/s.
o Accepts payment and returns change to customer.
o Thanks customer for coming.
o Cleans and arranges assigned station, including side stands, chairs, condiment holders, silverware, glassware napkins and placemats.
o Maintains company hygiene and grooming standards.
