1.Receiving the requisitions form the Units & Projects managers.
2.Initiate searching for the most suitable candidates Locally & Overseas,
3.Using various sources ( Direct & Passive Applications, Social Networks, Recruitment Websites, Job Boards, Recruitment agencies, Business trips )
4. Pre-Screening, CVs & Credentials & Experience letters.
5.After filtration, start-calling candidates for the initial interview (Face to Face, Or over Cisco, Or Phone Interview....).
6.Selecting the best candidates and shortlist them for the second interview with the hiring managers.
7.Discuss with the Technical managers about the nominated candidates and select the best.
8.Contact the selected candidates and negotiate the job offer.
9.Follow the hiring process until complete the joining
