Support key work by compensating for execution failures in daily operations and facilitating unplanned work. Provide relief coverage across the territory.
Daily Territory Operati Ensure coverage of all routes daily, running emergency routes when necessary. Hire, train and motivate temporary helpers.
Coordinate vacation and sick days for all customers representatives within the territory.
Territory Support Provide routing and file maintenance support.
Ensure selling tools and point of purchase material are available with all CRs.
Coordinate completion of identified resets, special events and equipment delivery as and when it is needed.
Tracking Measures & Problems Solving Identify recurring problems for continuous process improvement. Actively participate in problem solving.
Execute action plan as directed by TDS in problem solving. Ensure collection of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as per company’s direction.
Maximum coverage for the territory routes through organized leave plan & the availability of relief team.
The territory team should be always equipped with all necessary tools, infrastructure deliveries as planned, POP material for different activities according to the calendar of events.
Consistent maintenance of the territory data, through updating the score boards & the CRs files.
Being pro-active in addressing the territory issues & come up with solutions.
Skills & Qualifications:
Sales experience with an FMCG company for a minimum of 3 years.
High School graduate.
Languages (as appropriate in the region) Strong personality & ability to solve problems. Analytical thinking.
Computer knowledge is a plus.
