الوصف الوظيفي:
Store supervisor serves as a member of the strategic sales team with responsibility for maintaining a constant awareness of competition in the immediate locality of his store and in the surrounding area.

The primary job function of the SS is to manage and assume responsibility for the success of a the retail outlet to which he is assigned by directing operational aspects of the store and driving sales.

SS is responsible for ensuring that merchandise is available in his store in line with company sales directives in force at anytime and to ensure stock outs of product do not occur in his store.

SS is responsible for ensuring that Store staff maintain company standards in relation to the appearance of his store including:-

- keeping stores clean, well maintained and presented & fully functional in terms of :-

POS equipment, power supply, air conditioning, lighting etc & repairing damage including liaising with maintenance & cleaning contractors & mall management

- Ensuring good presentation of

Merchandise displays, promotional materials & literature

- Ensuring the store is well organized, and properly merchandised at all times,

SS is responsible for ensuring Store Staff adhere to all established policies, procedures of the company, and ensuring that all established controls are followed.

SS is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory control to ensure store shrink is within company guidelines by protecting company property and assets.

SS is responsible to manage costs and overheads, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of his store.

SS is responsible for assisting the ASS in ensuring that all necessary activity to open his new stores takes place in line with timetables set by Management.

المهارات المطلوبة:
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, education and/or ability required for this position.

• Ability to move unassisted throughout his store for extended periods of time (up to 12 Hours per day).
• Availability to work extended hours during holiday season and other high traffic periods.
• Ability to lift and/or move objects and displays (up to 20kgs.), bend, stoop, reach with arms and hands, and climb on ladders.
• Ability to travel unaccompanied and unassisted.
• Possess strong customer service skills including clear verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic & English.

• 3-5 years previous relevant retail outlet management experience
• Possess basic mathematical skills and working knowledge of computerized cash register and POS system.
• Basic knowledge of common computer applications including MS Word and Excel.
