Raytheon is seeking a Site Construction Manager. This individual will provide onsite design and construction management supervision and leadership for the construction of three (3) Live Fire Ranges in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The Site Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring all project requirements are met in accordance with the bid documents and Statement of Work, including, but not limited to, overseeing the in-country subcontractor(s) tasked with supporting development of the range requirements with the customer and end user, completing the design, supporting design reviews, writing bills of materials and cost estimates, monitoring construction progress and schedules, chairing weekly onsite safety, logistics and construction meetings, generate daily and weekly construction reports and ensuring job site safety and quality standards are upheld. Candidate must be able to work effectively in a team setting, with multiple stakeholders, in an overseas environment and expected to work with minimal technical direction and at a high level of independence in resolving technical problems and establishing the approach for a solution.
