REPORTS TO: PROJECT MANAGER
Role Purpose:
Supervises and co-ordinates the Project sites, as well as internal support and activities and represent TTC in the Project Sites as assigned from time to time maintaining excellent relationship with the Site Personnel, and TTC staff direct or indirect employees.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Supervising TTC’s installation work in Project Sites, keeping TTC’s interest and maintaining excellent relationship with the Client/Customer, sub-contractor, as well as TTC staff posted in the Projects. Ensuring installation is done in accordance with drawings provided by the client.
2.Supervise sub-contractors installation, quantity and quality, and effective economic usage of TTC’s materials to achieve maximum profitability.
3.Motivates and encourage installation Team by working with them and giving instructions and moving crew from location to location.
4.Closely monitor material stock and availability, in co ordination with the store keeper and report to Project Manager.
5.Ensures no damage is done to our installations by other sub contractors and in case of any damage report to the client and get written request before carrying out such repairs.
PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
•Progress and cost savings achieved in the Project site.
•Actual quantity installed vis- a -Vis planned quantity.
•Participation of installation procedure with sales team
•Coordinate with other Divisions and suppliers
•Value generated by means of additional income from Project

External: Project Site Staff, Customer Site Representatives

Experience: 0 - 1 year post qualification experience
Special Skills: Supervisory Skills and good communication skills
Other: Adequate knowledge of products, and working with computer
