Job Description:
- REPORTS TO: OPERATIONS MANAGER
- To Manage KNOLL sales and achieve the yearly turnover agreed upon with KNOLL
- PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Prepare Knoll sales budget in conjunction with division head.
•Achieve/exceed yearly turnover agreed upon with KNOLL.
•Propose, assist in recruiting and training all needed Sales staff.
•Provide management with regular reports.
•Maintain profitability as per budget
•Develop and recommend sales revenue plans that meet growth and profitability objectives
•Build a good knowledge of the market, assist in the analysis of the competition and provide management with market information.
•Develop, implement and supervise the execution of marketing and sales plans in the territory, to achieve growth and profitability objectives, operating within defined budget. This includes approval of advertising expenditure and driving local seminars.
•Motivate and manage his team in a professional environment.
•Receive inquiries and prepare quotations.
•Place and follow up order with suppliers.
•Supervise logistics activities relating to Knoll orders.
•Ensure proper service and satisfaction to customers.
•Identify and promptly act on any business opportunity.
•Ensure prompt follow-up with related department and effective handling of all orders and shipments of products to customers, within the company’s rules and regulations concerning order processing, credit and RMA.

- PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
•Knoll sales to be 18% of TTC annual revenue.
•100% AND/ OR ABOVE achievement
•As per the yearly budget and organization chart
•Issue sales report twice per month in a timely manner with accurate information.
•Achieve budgeted Gross Margin for furniture business
•Meeting the set objectives on a monthly basis
•Issue and update market study on yearly basis. Review sales policy and issue recommendations to management on quarterly basis.
•As per yearly budget
•Periodical meetings and events
•Visiting the regions regularly
•Periodic sales reviews
•Proper sales Pipeline analysis
•Maintain a daily record of inquiries and issue quotations in a timely manner.
•Receiving details of order in 48 hours
•Maintain record of Knoll shipments.
•Issue monthly satisfaction report showing the improvement in customers satisfaction policy.
•Issue a list of new projects and circulate it to all sales team.
•Proper processing as per existing procedures after getting approvals for every order

- Internal:
Reporting to Operations Manager and co-ordinating with the other Sales Persons in the furniture division for proper project handling and customer approach

- External:
A good relationship with all suppliers and retailers.
 
Skills Required:
 
- Special Skills: English & Arabic language are a must
- 6 years in similar functions
- Other: Good communication and negotiation skills. Ability to plan, organize, solve problems and close deals. Ability to deliver sales presentations.
