|
• All the plumbing works around the Al Bustan Complex.
• plumbers under plumbing department
• Maintain the serviceability of all plumbing fixtures & fittings and plumbing lines of all villas, apartments, buildings and trailer offices around Al Bustan Complex.
• Installations of plumbing fittings and service maintenance of plumbing fittings to all committed and vacant villas.
• Installation of waste line and water line of the projects.
• Make plumbing layouts and ensure the piping system is adhered.
• Provide cost estimates of plumbing installations upon request of the maintenance manager for the projects within the Al Bustan Complex.
• Prepared daily timesheets, daily work plan and purchase orders Prepare Daily Work Plan and submit everyday to O&M Manager.
• Coordinate and discuss work plan to the immediate supervisor.
• Assign work orders to the technician who is capable of the job stated.
• Supervise and attend emergency calls for immediate response to the tenant request.
• Prepare material request as required.
