|
Role Purpose: All Administration in respect of HR and employee welfare. •Recruitment & Processing of Al Bustan Staffing through Recruitment Agency in Manila, USA, UK, & other countries for all the manpower requirements of the company. •Preparation and handling of all required documents by Philippines Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) in Manila, USA, UK & other countries to recruit, process and deploy workers to the Company’s jobsite. •Preparation of Al Bustan Block Visa application at Consul General Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and •Submission of approved Block Visa authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce & Ministry of Foreign Affairs at Saudi Embassy in Manila through the cooperation of the Recruitment Representative in Manila. •Preparation of Employment Contract for the newly hired employees (Foreign Contract / National), preparation of documents for Termination, Contract Completion, Resignation & Surplus packaged. •Preparation & processing of employees traveling on their Annual Contracted Leave, Personal Leave, Business Trip, Termination, Resignation, Surplus, and ensuring visas are obtained. •Handling of Airlines reservation for all employees traveling on their Annual Contracted Leave, Personal Leave, Business Trip, Contract Completion, and Termination. •Handling Camp Charlie Dormitory of employees & tenants renting room. •To ensure that all residents shall abide all the Rules & Regulations imposed at Camp Charlie Dormitory. •To ensure that occupant is not allowed to make improvements, changes, installation in his quarters without prior consent of the ALB Management •To ensure that occupant shall keep the room clean at all times. Fire hazards such as unauthorized electrical connection is forbidden. •To ensure that occupant shall abide and obey all instructions and direction as may be promulgated from time to time by the GM. These instruction include Security regulations, use of dormitory’s recreational facilities, storage of unwanted materials inside his room. •To ensure that the areas within the Camp confines are kept clean. •To ensure that the Laundry Rooms is always at the appropriate times and that all equipment is in working order. •To report any maintenance problems. •To report any problems concerning facilities/tenants of the camp to the Al Bustan General Manager. •To discuss with the GM any requirements/replacement needed in the Camp. •To keep record of Room Occupancy of employees and tenants and notify in writng of any changes or request to change. •To be responsible for assignments of bed-linen, blankets and towels for employees and newly tenants. •To look after all aspects of the general running of the Camp and to report back to the General Manager on any items needing attention. •Preparation of Monthly Billing for all tenants in Dormitory. •Handling Camp Mess Hall for ALB employees and tenants. •To ensure that the Catering staff carry out the duties assigned them by the sub-contractor Catering Manager. •To make sure that the Dining Room and other areas in the kitchen are kept clean and tidy by the catering sub-contractor.. •To ensure that the selected menus are adhered to and any changes are reported back to the sub-contractor Catering Manager & ALB General Manager. •To ensure that the kitchen is always kept clean and that equipment/dishes are properly stacked away after use.
