Role Purpose:
Responsible for Managing and coordinating technology and infrastructure network to ensure that goals are accomplished and line support for backbone network and servers, minimizing the down time to its minimum. Including the routine development of new databases and reports with implementation of ERP computerized management system, warehouse system with (RFID) Financial ERP, Tenancy Management System and Facilities management.
•Maintenance of all computer systems ( hardware and software)
•Implement SOP’s and train users to execute them.
•Improve Network and Servers performance
•Maximize Network security eliminating and back door connection
•Support in house databases being widely used in O&M accounting ,facilities and rental Depts.
•Implement Key office projects (Avantis and GPD)
•Minimize End user problems by analytical trouble shooting and reporting.
•Plan develop and back up recovery plans and restore procedure procedures.
•Work with management to develop and implement policies and procedures related to network security, email, internet, remote access, physical security and user awareness.
•Develop the right processes that ensure continuity of running security patches, anti virus and updates on workstations.
•Handles complex problems that are escalated by the end user and work with BIS and external support canters to find resolution.
•Develop plans and supervise major software upgrades across the company client
•Responds to the needs and questions of end users concerning their access of network resources
•Establish Network users, user environments, directories and security for network being installed following Olayan standards.
•Emplement and maintain company internet connectivity.
•Maintain Co.Web presence.

Experience: 4 yrs Post Grad experience in field / IT Management
Special Skills: Total Network Management / Data base programming / Training Skills
