Role Purpose:
Managing and train the designers under his department.
Give instructions to his subordinates to prepare plans and design, quotation (budgeting) and presentations for the customer.
Dealing with product clients (international) and clients with the TTC sales person.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Design Department
•Managing the designers reporting to him.
•Prepare a training program for new designers.
•Insure a fast processing of drawings and quotations.
•Evaluate the work of the other designers reporting to him and rectify it if needed.
•Make sure of the design department productivity per week.
•Keep on developing the presentation style for large projects.
•Keep track of design software upgrading and renewal dates.
QUOTATIONS
•Receive quotation inquiry from sales department.
DRAWINGS
In absence of Designer specially for Large VIP Projects
•Prepare a full set of drawing for each quotation depending on the project size and requirements.
•Prepare 3D perspective for each project depending on the project size and requirements.
•Prepare a presentation board for VIP projects.
PROJETC EXECUTION
•Give instruction to Installation Team on how to install and execute the project.
•Follow up on projects installation.
•Quality control.
PRODUCTS
•Keep track of all products development starting from design to orders and execution,
•Prepare orders for confirmed contracts.
•Send orders to suppliers related to furniture.
•Double check on order confirmation
Internal:
Division Manager, Sales Manager, Sales team, Installation Department.
External:
Overseas suppliers. Customers, consultants, engineering / contracting offices & local suppliers

Education:Bachelor of Science in Architecture or interior design or related field
Experience:at least 5 years experience in the field Interior Designing or Architecture or related field
Special Skills: 3D modelling and enable to work to graphic designing or related to field of work.
