Our Client located in Dammam, serves as a sales and operations center for standard and engineered mechanical seal and system products for the complete Saudi Arabia market.
Currently going through rapid expansion, in sales and shipment volume, headcount and new locations They are currently seeking a General Manager who will be responsible for leading and executing all Saudi Arabian business objectives, while successfully managing a team of 60 employees. This position plans, directs and overseas Sales and Seal Operations in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be proactive in their support of regional growth. This will require enthusiasm and energy to aggressively lead in a high growth environment, while fostering our client's high customer service and success cycle model.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree level in engineering, preferably mechanical or business administration.
· Combined 10 years of experience of which 5 years in a management position, preferably in the rotating equipment industry with manufacturing / repair / service activities.
· Previous experience in managing more than 50 people.
· Previous experience in developing and building multidiscipline teams
· Proven selling skills and a good understanding of the Saudi Arabia customer base.

· Ability to demonstrate Profit and Loss management experience.
· Strong communication and motivational skills, and the ability to gain results from a broad spectrum of personnel.
· Excellent knowledge of the English language.
