Mondelez International is currently recruiting suitably qualified individuals for Warehouse Supervisor
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate unloading of inbound shipments, orderly stacking of product and the picking and staging of outbound shipments in accordance with the highest levels of productivity.
- Includes verification of materials loaded and unloaded against the work order or bill of lading and that all damages or problems are recorded.
- Implement and enforce material-handling policies/procedures, and regulatory-compliance procedures.
- Determine compliance with laws, regulations and/or standards and complete appropriate documentation as required.
- Inspect material-handling equipment, racking and dock doors and plates, daily and weekly as required.
- Review the warehouse operation throughout the work process and at completion, including daily “circle check” to ensure that all products are stored safely.
- Check accuracy of materials loaded or unloaded against information contained in work orders.
- Oversee dock activity to determine loading sequences.
- Train employees, including orientation training, remedial training and training as required on use of equipment, health and safety, processes and customer service.
- Collaborate to solve problems and recommend solutions.
- Assist in the recommendation of staffing actions and development of staff succession plans.
- Provide input into the annual staff-performance process and ensure that all employees have a personal
- development plan.

RELEVANT REQUIREMENT/EXPERIENCE
- Preferably educated to degree level, or of graduate calibre with appropriate experience.
- Relocation Eligible: Yes (Relocation may be considered within company parameters).
- Computer skills/Good IT knowledge is an added advantage.
- Detail-oriented, organized and analytical and must posses strong work ethic and integrity.
- Self-motivated and relationship-building abilities with co-workers.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
