Cost Accountant

conduct studies to provide detailed cost information not supplied by general accounting systems .

- Plans study and collect data to determine costs of business activity, such as raw material purchases, inventory and labor.

- Analyzes change s in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods, to determine effects on costs .

- Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic report comparing standard costs to actual production costs .

- Provide management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability.

- Develop ad install computer - based cost accounting system.

Solid expereince in all facets of accounting field. Ability to analyze, compare, and interpret facts and figures quickly .

- Make sound judgment based on data obtained .

- Can clearly communicate results of work, orally and in writing.

- Good in working with people, business systems and computers .
