Country Manager

1. Develop and retain customers.
2. Achieve the overall sales objective.
3. Implement sales strategies discussed with management through proper follow up of the approval process.
4. Supervise sales staff and the Market Unit. Oversee the handling of key accounts by sales staff.
5. Implement the agreed upon sales compensation plan.
6. Keep excellent relation with distributors and key accounts.
7. Coordinate budgets and establish, update and periodically review forecasts.
8. Report on competition activities, including pricing, delivery time, new product introduction, new supplier facilities and any new market trends.

Skills

1. Very fluent English.
2. BSc in Electrical Engineering.
3. Knowledge of regional export markets.
4. Commercial flair.
5. Solid leadership skills.
6. Previous experience in a similar function.
7. Age must be less than 40.
