Job Description
1. Provide data to all reliability team members as needed
2. Prepare daily reliability reports.
3. Monitor SPC trends for critical equipment.
4. Coordinate with Reliability Engineer during reliability studies.
5. Prepare weekly Reliability reports.
6. Manage the reliability library.
7. Perform extra job if needed.
Skills
• Diploma Degree in Mechanical.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• Keep track of all equipment failures.
• Update equipment database as needed.
• Extract data from SAP as needed.
• Analyse the top 10 bad actors.
• Prepare unreliability cost on the critical equipment.
• Review equipment SAP notifications.
• Analyse reliability KPIs(preferred).
