Job Description
· Supervision of the personnel in his crew to ensure the work undertaken to the required Loss Control standards. Responsible for equipment availability and reliability in plant wide
· Supervised the Instrument maintenance of the critical equipment within his area of responsibility, and to Report the Instrument Supt of any exceptional findings.
· In charge of daily implementation of the planned work schedule and distribute to concern supervisors.
· Coordination of scheduling and materials ordering with responsible Planner.
· Assistance in the development and upgrading of Instrument procedures and directives.
· Is responsible for a safe working environment for his subordinates.
· Monitor and report on the performance of the individuals in his crew on a routine basis to identify the necessary skill enhancements that can be provided.
Skills
· BSc. in Instrument Engineering + min 3 years exp.
· Ability to write reports.
· General industrial knowledge.
· Ability to lead and motivate.
· Clear communication.
