• Provides on-site advice to business units and project teams on contract management and policy compliance matters
• Manage contracts and the preparation of legal memoranda and documents
• Verify the documents for conformity of contracts with company’s regulations and pertinent legislation according to local, usual and customary practices
• Develop and edit legal documents
• Administer functions, encompassing insurance and office management requirements
• Assist HR Department with various legal issues
• Handle Insurance of Properties, Motor Vehicles etc
• Deal with Insurance Brokers
• Draft Standard Terms and Conditions for various events etc
• Respond to complex inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions
• Identify risks and issues, suggest alternatives that lead to the best solution
• Review and manage contractual obligations of the parties and provide continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met
• Prepare and disseminate information regarding contract status, compliance, modifications, etc.
General & Administrative
• Creating and maintaining company contracts database
• Maintain repository of all contracts and documents
• Develop and integrate contract management tools, templates, methods and processes for the engagement

• Effectiveness in handling legal matters
• Quality of legal advice to various business units
• Effectiveness in handling insurance matters
• Quality of relationship with law firms
• The ideal candidate should have a professional legal degree or membership of some international legal association
• Exposure to Bahraini / GCC law firms and strong communication (written and oral in Arabic and English) and interpersonal skills are required
