Manages all aspects of the Threat Intelligence Fusion Branch daily operations. Prepares Branch budget, schedule, and risks. Responsible for Branch performance based on defined performance metrics. Establishes and manages day-to-day activities of the Branch, including identification of threats, analysis of intelligence data, and sharing of critical data with the Threat Communications Branch and other relevant stakeholders. Provides expert threat intelligence advice, recommendations, and briefings to internal organization leaders and external stakeholders.
Defines and develops strategic priorities for Threat Intelligence Fusion Branch.
Prioritizes Threat Intelligence Fusion Branch operations and manages the completion of Branch activities, including delivery of reports on Branch operations to the Threat Intelligence Division Executive Director.
Develops Threat Intelligence Fusion Branch project plans and manages progress toward meeting performance metrics.
Prepares the Threat Intelligence Fusion Branch operations budget.
Engages leadership from other branches within the Threat Intelligence Division to align cross-Division objectives and streamline processes.
Provides support for the professional development of direct and indirect reports within the Threat Intelligence Fusion Branch.
Develops Threat Intelligence Fusion Branch policies, procedures, and systems to comply with Saudi Arabia federal guidance and ensures compliance with approved policies.
Leads development, implementation, and management of threat intelligence fusion operations.
Oversees and directs collection and analysis of cyber threat information from multiple sources, disciplines, and stakeholders.
Oversees cyber threat intelligence knowledge management.
Provides expert cyber threat intelligence advice to Organization leaders and stakeholders.
Participates in cyber threat intelligence information sharing activities.
Works collaboratively and cooperatively with other Organization leaders and supports execution of Organization mission and strategic plans.
Identifies and establishes relationships and collaborate with external stakeholders to gain their participation and support of KSA cyber intelligence.
