At least 3 years of management experience. 8+ years of related experience in cyber security, including related intelligence dissemination experience.
Manages all aspects of the Threat Communications Branch daily operations. Prepares Branch budget, schedule, and risks. Responsible for Branch performance based on defined performance metrics.
Establishes and manages day-to-day activities of the Branch, including correlation of cyber intelligence from various sources to produce cyber threat reports.
Provides expert threat intelligence dissemination advice, recommendations, and briefings to internal Organization leaders and external stakeholders.
Works collaboratively and cooperatively with other Organization leaders and support execution of Organization mission and strategic plans.
Identifies and establishes relationships and collaborate with external stakeholders to gain their participation and support of KSA cyber intelligence.
Provides expert cyber threat communications and assessment advice to Organization leaders and stakeholders.
Oversees distribution and dissemination of threat intelligence.
Oversees and directs strategic analysis and cyber threat assessments.
Leads development, implementation, and management of cyber threat communications operations, including cyber intelligence correlation, analysis, and reporting.
Provides support for the professional development of direct and indirect reports within the Threat Communications Branch.
Develops Threat Communications Branch policies, procedures, and systems to comply with Saudi Arabia federal guidance and ensures compliance with approved policies.
Engages leadership from other branches within the Threat Intelligence Division to align cross-Division objectives and streamline processes.
Prepares the Threat Communications Branch operations budget.
Develops Threat Communications Branch project plans and manages progress toward meeting performance metrics.
Prioritizes Threat Communications Branch operations and manages the completion of Branch activities, including delivery of reports on Branch operations to the Threat Intelligence Division Executive Director.
Defines and develops strategic priorities for Threat Communications Branch.
