Duties and Tasks / Responsibilities
1-Providing corporate and retail customers with fast, accurate and comprehensive travel solutions in a friendly and professional manner.
2-Dealing quickly and positively with required or necessary changes
3-Reporting accurately sales results and any variations to accounts department
4-Vouching for all cash received, tickets issued, credits issued and changes made.
5-Maintain good relationships, over time, with all customers
6-Work harmoniously with colleagues and within company policies and procedures
Skills
Key Competencies and skills:
1-Positive and customer friendly attitude and approach.
2-Detailed knowledge of reservation and ticketing systems including specifically Galileo, World Span & Amadeus.
3-Working knowledge of Airline names, codes and booking procedures and air travel regulations
4-English proficiency ( written & spoken )
5- Excellent communication skills in person and on the ‘phone
6- Specific knowledge of the following reservation and booking status codes;
HK – HL – RR – UC – TK – KL – DL – KK – PN – QQ – SS – SA
And the following travel classes;
F – R – A – P, J – C – D, Y – B – H – M – S – Q – V – K – L
Qualifications and age profile:
1- Travel and tourism diploma
2- IATA diploma or certificate
4- High school graduate
5- 25 to 35 years old
6- Saudi citizen.
7- The job located in Jeddah & Riyadh.
Occupational Experience:
1- Minimum 2 years experience in reservation and ticketing
