1. Assists/ deputizes the CFO and participates in departmental decision making to ensure resources are effectively utilized and timescales are met according to ABP′s standards.
2. Develops and proposes financial policies and procedures and updates them according to business need to maintain an internally controlled workflow.
3. Provides financial insight to senior management and avails the relevant fiscal data to the Heads of Functions/ departments on timely basis and oversees the preparation of standard/ ad-hoc financial reports to verify correctness.
4. Establishes/ maintains ABP′s chart of account, ensures that accounting systems, data processing and costing criteria are in accordance with the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles to secure an accurate record of the company′s financial position.
5. Reviews credit evaluation studies and approves customer credit limit and duration in light of the company policy and guarantees offered Reviews key customer credit situation on monthly basis and authorizes over credit limits/ holds sales supply to avoid risk exposure.
· Minimum 5 years experience in the capacity of Finance Manager in reputable company engaged in Ready Mix Concrete business
· Bachelor degree in accounts / finance.
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Effective budgeting and cost management of projects
· Good knowledge in concrete batching plant operations budgeting and management.
· Capable of analyzing the financial data and performance of project and business unit.
