· Consult with CEO on his plans to establish and construct the factory including dealing with other firms for feasibility study, engineering designs and equipment suppliers, raw material suppliers and official authorities.
· Review and approve Ready-Mix Concrete delivery schedules and detailed preparation for dry and wet production both on-site and off-site, and manage to satisfy requests.
· Direct the production activities and assure sufficient and efficient out-put of Ready-Mix Concrete.
· Direct the maintenance activities and assure reliable and safe machine and equipment operation according to Ready-Mix Concrete production standards.
· Compile with company policy and the law of KSA.
· Develop the plant’s objectives and plans aiming to ensure the operation with the highest production capacity.
· Submit to the CEO estimates of annual budget proposals, providing assessment and estimates of material, equipments and manpower requirements for the plant.
· Discuss work priorities with subordinates in daily meetings, coordinating the necessary provision of resources and deal with any problems arising out of such activities.
· Review and evaluate design and specifications for installation / modification projects and equipments.
· Review and discuss marketing strategy and sales plans and methods of widening the customer data-base.
· Minimum of 5 years of related experience in managerial level.
· Thorough knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete facility and principles; and practices of the installation, mixing technique, concrete cooling, scheduling and delivery.
· Ability to collect and analyze financial and operational data.
· Adequate knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete facilities and equipments.
· Cement / Building Related Material industry experience is required.
· Proficiency in both English and Arabic Language.
