Job Description
• Chief of accounts for Ghassan Holding and Real Estate.
• Follow-up bank accounts of the Group.
• Reconciliation of all the transaction between the holding and the subsidiaries companies.
• Scrutiny of all transactions of all subsidiaries specially for payments and payroll.
• Follow-up settlements of financing companies.
• Reply to all queries of internal auditor, provide external auditor with all required documents for holding and real estate.
• Prepare audit sheets for holding & real estate.
• Preparation of Budget, Information for preparation of budget for Holding and Real Estate.
• Assist Finance Manager/CFO in preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Ensure adequate controls are in place, documented, monitored and tested to ensure compliance with company policy, government laws & generally accepted accounting principles.
• Perform other related duties as required.
Skills
• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or Diploma in Accounting.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and administration skills.
• IT literacy (experience with ERP is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years experience as a chief accountant in a company, similar or larger in size than GHG Group.
• Experience in the GCC is a plus (preferably in Saudi Arabia).
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
