The Ticketing Agent is responsible for ticket sales, reservation changes and provide information on aircraft boarding and other information related to travel and tours industry.
Preference to Saudi candidates. Expatriates must have ′Transferable Iqama′.
Education: University Degree in Business or other relevant field.
Experience(s): At least 3-5 years experience in Ticket Sales and Reservation.
Professional Certification: Board Passer - IATA Certificate
Communications Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills in English or Arabic preferred; presentation skills including the ability and confidence to converse with clients and senior managers.
Computer skills: Proficiency in MS-Office
