Represent the Customer Care Department over the phone and/or website of the company* Ability to build and maintain good networks internally and externally* Collect process & communicate relevant data in a timely manner, prioritising where necessary.* Create & maintain accurate files & reports* Review & make recommendations for change in all processes regarding the specific department to improve contribution to the Business. * Ensure department complies with company, local market & legal policies, procedures & guidelines.* Act as ambassador for department & company at all times* Establish design, template and usage guidelines for all Alshaya in-house publications & communication vehicles
