Job Description
• Prepares and directs the preparation of accurate & timely financial statements and varied fiscal reports.
• Analyze business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and cash management.
• Financial audit preparation and coordinate the audit process.
• Plans, organizes, assigns, reviews the work assigned to support staff.
• Reviews accounting documents to ensure accuracy of information.
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted accounting policies and procedures.
• Assists the management with the preparation and consolidation of financial projections.
• Performs internal checks of accounts payable, payroll distribution, fixed assets, and cash.
• Prepares, maintain control, and is responsible for subsidiary accounting records involving a variety of transactions and accounts.
• Monitor and support Zakat / taxation issues.
Skills
• Master's degree in Accounting. CPA, CIMA preferred
• Experience in PC applications such as MS Office.
• Working knowledge of Oracle Financials is preferred.
• Strong communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Judgment and problem-solving
• Fluent in English. Working knowledge of Arabic language will be an advantage.
