Job Description
-Submit regular MIS reports to principles as per dealership agreements.
-To make routine MIS reports & develop new reports with commentary which would enable service management to run their business more efficiently & profitably.
-Understand & analyze service management key performance indictors & recommend corrective actions.
-Understand & use statistical tools like trend analysis and forecasting etc..
-Use MS office particularly Excel as a tool to make reports or graphs.
-Train new service staff on service management module so that they can use system efficiently
-Liaison with IT department to resolve system related problems as well as for system enhancement as required by business.
-Continuously study services processes & recommend changes whenever required.
-Supervise service marketing activities& services campaigns to improve service retention & customer satisfaction.
