Job Description
Get to know, develop and maintain excellent relations with the ********’s Members (Our customers) specifically Members of the Board and various ******** Committees.
Be fully familiar with planned events scheduled for Bahrain and the region.
Create and maintain a proactive Member contact and communication process (Know Your Member KYM), for the promotion of ********* events and regular usage as measured by member spending trends and ******* event attendance. Use KYM system to ensure a ‘heightened touch’ is perceived by the Members and that core and profile information is regularly checked and updated.
Use captured profile data to execute ‘Magic Moments’ such as recognition of birthdays and anniversaries.
Responsible for all forms of ******** communication such as web site, Member email blasts, SMS texts, newsletters, announcements, etc.
Participate in ******** marketing meetings and decisions along with Membership and Events Directors and ******** GM.
Research potential opportunities to acquire tickets and VIP seating/privileges for ******** Members.
Conduct ******** site inspections and tours as required.
Arrange VIP airport pick up/drop off for Members and their guests as required.
Manage schedules and job functions for MREs and Valet drivers.
Maintain a close working relationship with BFH Security personnel and have a close liaison with them when there is a VIP / VVIP function.
Create systems to effectively work together.
Ensure security within the ******** is at the highest level at all times.
Maintain excellent relations with the ********’s official partners (service providers) and coordinate with them on behalf of Members.
Set and attend appointments both at the ******** and off-site to secure commitments for sponsorship and develop ******** partners/vendors.
Regularly inspect ******** cars and ******** car parking/entrance areas to ensure they are organized and cleaned to the highest standards.
Manage and coordinate the ******** cars to ensure all licenses, insurance, and maintenance is up to date.
Responsible for all incoming telephone calls to the ********, ensure all calls are answered within three rings and handled in accordance with the departments SOP manual.
Manage ******** face of the house notice boards ensuring upcoming events and Concierge services are clearly visible to Members.
Attend regular communication meetings. Including but not limited to daily briefings and weekly operational meeting.
Be fully aware of licensing laws and restrictions.
Maintain a close working relationship with the Executive Chef & Operations Managers, feedback all Member comments (good and bad).
Conduct ******** tours and presentations in the absence of Membership Managers.
Create a personal rolling action plan with short and long term goals and targets and review your action plan with GM on a regular basis.
Create and ensure that the Standards of Performance (SOP) manual for your department is always up to date and that agreed procedures are followed at all times.
To maintain a high degree of interest in self-development, displaying this by making suggestions for realistic improvements.
Attend regular food and beverage tasting & training so you are confident with product knowledge and are able to describe and recommend to Members and their guests properly.
Try to anticipate potential problems and follow company guidelines to avoid them.
