Respond all enquiries/requests coming from customers in the lighting showroom
Prepare a final quotation by checking discount policy and then conduct quantity, availability survey.
Call customer to confirm quotation, if quotation date is expired
Organize a visit to customer (if needed) and take measurements
Responsible to check availability of a product in a special order and notify any changes about order to customer
Acquire related documents and information about customer and ensure that related procedures are followed
Responsible to check product and shelf labels regularly
Responsible to follow company policy in a sales order cancellation / amendment
Follow required process in case samples are returned or enter as a loss if customer doesn′t make payment
Calculate monthly forecasts by taking into consideration past years’ transactions
Notify sales accountant if there is an update or change in customer information
