To maximize the sales of the company by wining new projects in Aluminum (in Cladding, Glazing, Curtain wall, sky lights building systems, and so), and to ensure the commercial success by identifying new markets and business opportunities and following it up successfully.
- Scan the market for new projects
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how and why the company can meet consultant, contractor, and owner needs
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing upon terms and conditions with contractors
- Achieving/ exceeding annual sales target
- Liaise with other members of the sales team
- Carry out site survey with engineering staff
- Take the Bill of Quantities from contractor and hand it to the engineering staff
- Liaise with warehouse to prepare products delivery
- Collect payments as per agreements
- Prepare samples for coming presentations
- Follow up with existing projects
- Maintain relationship with contractors and consultants
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports to the direct manager
- Attend daily/weekly huddles and meetings
• Minimum 3 years experience.
• Very good communications, penetrations, and negotiations skills
• Driving license
• Bachelor Degree – Production or relevant
