Job Description
To ensure proper and successful usage of ePM and other project management electronic tools. Main duties are:
Assists during project’s planning phase by:
Facilitate Installing MS-Project and ePM on their PCs, and ensure that their email accounts are integrated with ePM.
Conduct training sessions to cover ePM capabilities.
Coach project manager to publish his project plan on ePM server.
Assist during project’s execution phase by:
Daily site visits to ensure project-team-members’ proper usage of tools.
On-job training for new project team members.
Escalate any violation of PMO policies to PMO Head.
Ensure project-team-members’ monthly reports submission.
Manipulate, configure, and maintain:
PMO related dashboards. (SharePoint)
PMO Website. (Documentations, templates, escalation form, etc..)
Build, monitor, and maintain the following databases:
Documents (Archives) database.
Projects teams’ database.
Vendors/s database.
