Processes standard orders or enquiries on a day-to-day basis with no requirement for in-depth knowledge of products
• Answer customer, product specialist, and management queries.
• Assist in typing letters for the Senior Management.
• Schedule appointments where and when applicable
• Assist the team in correspondence.
• Responsible for the requisition, storage and issue of stationary and other printed material.
• Conduct periodic inventory of stored items, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is must.
• Familiarity with office equipment
