Job Description
You will be required to perform a range of internal and external administrative activites for the division to suppoer thte Sr. Contract Administrator. This will include the timely follow-up of documents for receiving customer payments, gathering of data for submission of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports, and liasing regularly with overseas customers.
Skills
You must be a high school graduate with a Diploma in Business Administration or Economics. Fluency in spoken and written English is a highly essential (Arabic offering a competitive edge), with atelast 3 years experience working in an administrative or accounting function at an FMCG/ Supply Chain/ Logistics & warehousing company. In addition to being a team player and operating with keen attention to detail and accuracy, proficiency in MS office applications is a must.
