• Preferably female/ Arabic speaking with a good knowledge of the market.
• A pleasant, out going personality.
• The candidate should be familiar with Sales & Budget business model therefore sales Background would be ideal.
• The candidate should demonstrate strong negotiation and presentation skills with a high commercial flair drive.
• The candidate should demonstrate excellent leadership skills.
• The candidate should be of a great ability to work under pressure within deadline time frame.
• The candidate should be a computer literate with a great analytical ability.
• Previous experience in the luxury industry/ Beauty is an added advantage but not a must.
• The candidate should be willing to travel on business trips (overseas or GCC)as often as required by the job.

Benefit:
• Salary will be offered based on the candidate calibre and years of experience, would vary from BD 600 up to BD1000.
• Benefit as per the usual practice:
30 days paid vacation
10% of the basic calculated based on pre-set objectives.
One return ticket (Bah-Home country) for non- Bahraini.
