Job Description

The Role Specification:
•Identify, recruit and develop distributor relationships in respective market(s).
•Proactively and professionally manage stakeholder relationships at all levels
•Logistical management to ensure timely and cost effective delivery
•Work in conjunction with production department to ensure correct production volumes at the right time with the correct labeling as per the requirements of the client
•Develop rigorous processes and systems to improve sales performance
•Develop strong leadership capabilities within your team and across the wider business.
Participate in the recruiting and signing process of prospective partners
•Responsible for managing new partner relationships and business development in achieving sales, marketing and technical goals.
•Conduct sales and technical training sessions to develop the sales capabilities of new partners
•Primary point of contact for new partners helping to resolve issues relating to quality, delivery schedules and production volumes.
•Be actively involved in all stages of the sales cycle
•Participate in initial discovery of prospect partner needs
•Qualify and assess partner needs
•Monitor and participate in expediting sales cycle, provide timely responses throughout the sales cycle, coach partner sales representatives
•In line with company strategy, undertake joint marketing programmes with a focus on ROI and marketing goals for the brand covering product positioning, in store promotions and other sales improvement initiatives.
•Facilitate communications, responding to customer inquiries / issues and leverage appropriate internal resources.
•Facilitate and participate in distributor site visits and retailers to ensure product is displayed as per our marketing strategy.
•Responsible for maintaining internal communication with team members relative to specific opportunities and the associated requirements
•Attainment of sales goals and quotas
•Other responsibilities regarding Customer / Partner relationships:
-Participate in entertaining customers / partners
-Identify and Participate in Partner User Conferences, and applicable tradeshows.
-Register all opportunities and document progress and status in internal corporate systems
Update internal corporate systems to ensure accurate x day forecasting at all times

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent required.
