Job Description
• Effective daily visits to the market in order to achieve the 5 sales pillars: Prospecting, interviewing, presenting, closing and follow up.
• Plan department’s sales activities towards achieving agreed business plan and sales targets.
• Manage the complete follow up of the department and solve all issues related to clients in coordination with other departments.
• Drive sales team of the region for optimum sales results.
• Must develop the business and increase sales opportunities.
• Assigns sales territory to sales representatives.
• Meets with key clients, assisting sales representatives with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
• Coordinates liaison between sales department and other sales related units.
• Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales and areas of proposed client base expension.
• Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
Skills
1. Age 32+
2. Strong leadership skills.
3. Minimum 7 years of sales experience (3 years managerial level) with preference to the FMCG industry.
4. Minimum a BA in business from a reputable university.
5. Fluency in both, Arabic and English.
6. Full command of MS office applications.
7. Possess strong customer relation skills.
8. Strong verbal and communication skills.
