Summary of Role:
Reporting to the Regional Manager, Property Services ME. To manage Facilities Management operations, including Security and Health & Safety programmes at key Regional ***** offices in Saudi Arabia. To manage an internal/external service provision team providing a full range of services to internal customers and Stakeholders covering a number of offices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee all facilities management operations, including communications systems, security, health & safety, mechanical and electrical and building services, procurement and office services, including through the management of external contractors.
• Maintain strategies and policies for infrastructure management.
• Implementation and Maintenance of EHS and Crisis Management programs.
• Lead in meeting the current and projected Facility management requirements, establishing clear and measurable serviced delivery levels that support business objectives.
• Provide dynamic leadership to the team responsible for service provision.
• Promote the development of the staff and resources of the team to ensure they are employed efficiently and their professional skills are developed continuously.
• Development and management of substantial budgets and financial management systems.
• Provide detailed scope requirements for renovation/space planning initiatives with practical implementation of associated project management disciplines.
• Provide a clear and planned communication strategy to all key stakeholders and employees in Saudi market for ******.
Personal Specification:
Must have proven track record and convincing experience in the delivery of Facilities Management and implementation of control objectives to meet Health & Safety legislative requirements.
