Perform construction supervision for construction projects/
Assign responsibilities and job description to the site Foreman.
Investigate problems and unforeseen conditions.
Liaise with drafting coordinator for detailed drawing preparation.
Assist with requests for inspection (RFIs), change order requests, etc...
Prepare regular reports of construction activities .
Participate in regular project progress meetings.
Review of subcontractors schedule and pay requests.
Minimum 8 years experience with at least 4 years in construction projects.
Strong skills in the inspection of construction concrete works.
Willingness to take the initiative and assure responsibility.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
Ability to work well as a team member.
Education: B.Sc. Civil Engineering
