The IT Manager is responsible for the management of information and business process issues by managing and improving the systems implemented in order to meet local business needs, gathering the necessary requirements from the business users. Management of services provided for Insurance and Financial systems implemented by third party vendors, including measurement and reporting against SLA’s. For the statutory requirement the IT manager will be the facilitator for the new business and existing reporting requirement to the local authorities.
The IT Manager will be as the owner of the IT infrastructure for KSA and serve as the escalation point for support related to network infrastructure, helpdesk, site support , email and desktop applications, carried out by the IT support function.
The role will be based Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia and travel is anticipated to branches within the region.

1. Local project management of new software implementations for the AACIC.

Service & Service agreement management - SLA’s in place for all services, SLA
performance monitored and failures highlighted. Overall customer satisfaction is a key
measure.

Service Issue escalation & resolution – Service failures managed to conclusion,
remediation & prevention of similar occurrences.

New requirements gathering and consolidating. All new requests forwarded to correct
groups in timely manner.

Application Owners & stakeholder group management – Owner Groups held regularly,
maintenance work prioritised.
5.
Facilitator and representative to the local authorities on compliance.
