A leading Master Developer is seeking to recruit an experienced Leasing Manager.
This role will be responsible for shaping and leading all business development, sales and leasing activity for the Development
Ensuring that leasing and other commercial opportunities are pursued effectively with potential tenants and partners and that contracts signed meet the agreed strategic and development criteria.
Skills
-10+ years of relevant real estate development and/or mixed-use projects experience, preferably in sustainable/green developments
-High level of leasing transaction experience for anchor and non anchor tenants for various types of property
-RICS qualified with middle east experience preferable
-Proven commercial and negotiating skills and experience
-Proven track record in sealing large scale real estate development agreements
-Strong network of real estate developer
-Excellent sales and customer interfacing skills
