• Provide analytical support for departmental functions including development of long term financial plan
• Solid understanding of Stock Market & IPO’s
• Able to identify & qualify Investment Opportunities
• Prepare annual operating budgetary plans, monthly forecast & financial performance analysis
• Review new business proposals & identify issues, risks & opportunities
• Identify cost saving & profit maximizing opportunities to improve current processes and provide meaningful information to key decision makers
• Provide coaching, direction, leadership to team members in order to achieve prescribed goals
• Prepare presentations for senior management to concisely summarize performance targets and progress towards initiatives by SBU’s
• Loosely monitor overall Accounting & Bookkeeping activities
• Execute financial due diligence
• Identify risk areas and emerging trends
• Corporate FP&A experience
• Prior direct experience in start-up role establishing accounting system & policies
• Able to take tough decisions with strong negotiation skills
CPA/MBA or other advanced Finance degree preferred
Minimum 8-10 Years of solid financial background
