Job Description
• Secure sales delivery by customer, by channel and that targeted growth plans are delivered
• Sales planning by Product / SKU for his unit by brand by customer for 12 rolling months
• Leading the execution of plans to deliver them
• Secure delivery of planning through the team, proper weekly phasing and as per customer target
• Secure collection is delivered as per agreed time frame
• Achieve distribution targets numeric and weighted
• Secure implementation of new initiatives, launches as per agreed time frame, targets and deployment parameters
• Take proactive leadership role is selling to customers when required in addition to anticipating and solving related problems
• Making appointments with and meeting customers when required
• Provides timely and accurately communication between filed, distribution and accounting
• Assist the team in the field to deliver sales, collection, and application of sales fundamentals
• Establish the team spirit by leading example and motivating people
• Secure evaluation of Balanced Score Card for Section Manager / Salesman and merchandiser on a weekly and monthly basis
• Proper coaching and assessment of salesperson and merchandiser on quarterly basis
• Identifies key development people and is able to provide accelerated training to such candidates

• Very good Knowledge of Computer skills,
• Very good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good level of Verbal and Written English language
• Good negotiation skills
