Job Description
* Deals with all the administrative requirments assigned by the COO, ensuring that a high standard of work is produced in an organizaed, efficient and professioanl manner and that any set deadlines are met.
* Co-ordinates the schedule of the COO effectively, ensuring that there is no overlap of commitments and that he is kept updated of any changes.
* Ensures that any travel arrangements for the management of the department that arise are co-ordinated and organised properly.
* Produces internal and external documents when required, obtaining necessary information from a variety of sources.
* Ensures accuracy, neat presentation and adherence to any deadlines.
* Carries out translations of documents from French to English.
* Ensures that all the departments registrations/ certifications are up to date with DLA, DSCP, NATO, UN, KBR.
* Schedules and manages records for BSC of all direct report and level 2 managers.
* Co-ordinates on all Board papers and Board packs as required.
* Maintains a secure, confidential and up-to-date filing system for all produced and received docuemtns for future reference.
* Receives any visiting guests for the COO, welcoming them and dealing with them in a polite, friendly and helpful manner.
Liases with external contacts and prospect clinets with regards to visis to Bahrain, and deals with all hotel bookings, organizes transport and ensure that the logistcis of each visit are organised efficiently.
* Attends meetings as and when required to take minutes, type up and distribute accordingly.
* Organises internal social events, meetings, seminars ec and coordiating with hotels and other external contacts to ensure a successful event.
* Interpret/ Analyze/ present data using different techniques and coordinate, eidt, finalise all periodic reports using a standardised report format for senior management.

* Good communication skills
* Strong administrative, organizational and time managment skills
* Keyboard skills, with min 80 wpm
* Self-Correspondence ability
* Polie, friendly and helpful
* Excellent spoken and written English and French. Arabic will be an added advantage.
* Min of 2-3 years experience in a demanding administrative/ secretrial function
